Role Profile
Role Title: Customer Services Officer
Department: CATERING PROJECTS
Job Purpose
Dealing and communicating with customers to inform them of the available menus and working to overcome obstacles with customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Communicate and respond to customers to inform them of the available menus in accordance with the company's procedures.

Work to resolve customer issues in coordination with the direct supervisor.

Send the final menu to customers, confirm, and follow up on final orders.

Present the menus agreed upon with customers to the direct supervisor for approval and coordinate with the kitchen staff for preparation and preparation.

Coordinate with external event staff regarding the requested menus, in coordination with the customers during event preparations.

Collect payments from customers in coordination between the customer and the external event staff.

Receive comments regarding food quality and any customer issues, and work to resolve them in coordination with the direct supervisor.

Fully familiar with the company's menus and all marketing offers, and respond to any customer inquiries.

Perform any assigned tasks within the scope of functional management duties and responsibilities.

Commitment to implementing company policies, administrative circulars, and administrative decisions.
