The Kuwait Aviation Services Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of SR. Officer Production – Flight Catering Department, subject to the following requirements.
Role Profile
Role Title: SR. Officer Production
Department: Flight Catering Department
Job Purpose
Following up on airline-specific requirements and meal presentation, informing the production team of quantities and development needs, and receiving and resolving complaints raised by the Sales Unit related to production
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Carrying out daily and periodic tasks and activities of the Production Unit and monitoring employee performance to achieve set goals.

Ensuring that daily production operations and reviewing production reports are conducted according to defined requirements.

Coordinating with the Inflight Sales Unit, Amiri Sales Unit, and for unscheduled flights to meet any airline-specific requirements and meal presentation needs, and informing the production team about quantities and improvements.

Receiving and resolving complaints raised by the Sales Unit related to production.

Communicating with the Costing Unit to determine the costs of new and innovative recipes by providing detailed breakdowns of meal components.

Coordinating with the Purchasing Unit and making procurement decisions for products and services needed for production.

Preparing reports on workflow and performance progress and submitting them to the Unit Head.

Proposing suggestions that contribute to the development of the department.

Carrying out any other tasks assigned within the scope of their duties and job responsibilities.

Committing to implementing company policies, administrative circulars, and managerial decisions.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.

Proficiency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in using computer programs and automated systems.
-
Certified training courses relevant to the field of work.

Ability to follow up on airline-specific requirements, meal presentation, communicate them to the production team for preparation and improvement, and handle and resolve complaints related to production.

Ability to prepare periodic reports
