Role Profile
Role Title: Galley Attendant
Department: Ramp
Job Purpose
Responsible for loading and unloading food trolleys to and from aircraft, serving as a ground guide for food truck drivers, and following the established procedures for these tasks.
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Collect equipment assigned to flights and load it onto the loading truck (high loader).

Load food trolleys for assigned flights in the loading area.

Collect equipment assigned to flights.

Load food trolleys onto the high loader after inspection by the flight supervisor.

Accompany high loader drivers to assigned flights and assist in loading, following standard operating procedures (SOP) while acting as the ground guide.

Arrive at assigned flights with the shift supervisor before the scheduled departure time.

Report any issues or concerns from the handling unit staff to supervisors.

Prepare an incident report (Report Incident) if required.

Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of functional duties and responsibilities.

Adhere to company policies, administrative circulars, and management decisions.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Job Requirements:

High School Certificate.

3 years of experience.
Additional Requirements:

Ability to load and unload food trolleys to and from aircraft, act as a ground guide for food truck drivers, and follow the established procedures.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
