Role Profile
Role Title: First Commi
Department: Catering Projects
Job Purpose
Responsible for preparing and processing raw ingredients for cooking, including washing and cutting vegetables and fruits, preparing meat and fish, cleaning rice, and preparing any other materials as requested by the supervisor.
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Provide the production area with the necessary food materials and receive them from the stores.

Perform initial preparation of some materials, such as meat and chicken, ensuring cleanliness of tools and equipment, before passing them to more skilled staff for final preparation.

Assist in routine cooking tasks, focusing on preparing recipes assigned to the kitchen.

Ensure proper quantities and weights in food production processes.

Follow approved specifications in preparing various meals and ensure timely delivery of orders according to instructions.

Ensure meals required for contracts, projects, events, occasions, and cafeterias are produced in the correct quantities and on time.

Follow HACCP instructions and procedures, ISO standards, and professional operational safety rules.

Have full knowledge and awareness of evacuation plans in emergency situations.

Ensure personal hygiene, cleanliness of produced meal materials, and hygiene of authorized personnel in the kitchen, according to company instructions and the Quality Control Office.

Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of the functional department’s duties and responsibilities.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Intermediate Certificate.
Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
