Role Profile
Role Title: Store Keeper
Department: Catering Projects
 
Job Purpose
 
Organizing the security and safety of warehouses and storing supplies in a proper manner and securing needs at the specified time according to the procedures followed by the company.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
 
  •  Organize stored materials to ensure they do not spoil.
  •  Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels and ensure necessary measures are in place to cover them before they run out.
  •  Monitor the arrival of stored materials to the reorder point.
  •  Continuously monitor the validity of fire-fighting equipment and ensure their continued effectiveness.
  •  Ensure the application of general safety and occupational health principles in warehouses.
  •  Submit periodic reports to the senior manager regarding damaged materials, tools, and equipment that require maintenance.
  •  Submit proposals that contribute to the development of management and the improvement of institutional and individual performance.
  •  Receive equipment in accordance with the company's procedures. ¿ Receive equipment and ensure it matches the inventory, verify quantities and specifications, and record damaged materials in an official delivery report.
  •  Organize and arrange stored materials in a manner that facilitates access.
  •  Record equipment disbursed from warehouses in the appropriate automated system.
  •  Manage airline equipment and conduct inventory of this equipment.
  •  Receive equipment from airlines and deliver it to the relevant departments.
  •  Perform any tasks assigned within the scope of functional management duties and responsibilities.
  •  Commit to implementing company policies, administrative circulars, and administrative decisions.
     
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
 
Job Requirements:
  •  Educational qualification: High school diploma or diploma
  • Experience: 3 years 
Additional Requirements:
  •  Proficiency in computer and automated systems software, especially those related to warehouse systems.
  •  Ability to organize the security and safety of warehouses, store supplies properly, and secure supplies at the specified times.
  •  Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  •  Ability to prepare periodic reports.
