Role Profile
Role Title: WAITER
Department: FLIGHT CATERING
Job Purpose
Carry out and follow up on food and beverage service tasks, ensure that the restaurant staff is ready to meet various requests, and receive customer orders and serve them efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Setting tables at the beginning of each meal, placing a sufficient number of dinnerware and hospitality drinks on the self-service buffet, and maintaining ease of movement in the dining hall.

Ensuring that party equipment is received, ready, clean, and matches the quantities supplied from the warehouse.

Receiving and fulfilling customer orders.

Continuously cleaning tables after meals and ensuring general hygiene in accordance with company procedures.

Fully familiar with the menu to answer any guest inquiries.

Knowledge and experience in implementing HACCP standards.

Maintaining a high degree of cleanliness and orderliness to reflect the company's image, while adhering to health regulations.

Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Supervising and coordinating with kitchen and warehouse managers in receiving equipment and menus.

Greeting and greeting guests and presenting menus.

Assisting those responsible for cleaning up after the party in collecting tools and maintaining the party equipment until it is returned to the warehouse.

Performing any tasks assigned within the limits of functional management duties and responsibilities.
