Role Profile
Role Title: HEAD WAITER
Department: FLIGHT CATERING
Job Purpose
Supervise the waitress staff and all activities related to food and beverage service, including ensuring that the hospitality staff is ready to meet various requests.
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Supervise the work of waiters and perform all administrative tasks according to the nature of the work in the department.

Prepare daily work schedules for employees, follow up on their implementation, and monitor performance.

Supervise dining tables and ensure that hygiene standards are applied according to approved procedures.

Ensure that all waiters maintain a high level of cleanliness and appearance to give a good impression of the company's image and maintain good health standards.

Have a thorough knowledge of the menu to answer any guest inquiries.

Knowledge and experience in implementing HACCP standards.

Maintaining a high degree of cleanliness and orderliness in order to give a good impression of the company's image while maintaining health regulations.

Carrying out any tasks assigned to him within the limits of the duties and responsibilities of functional management.

Commitment to implementing company policies, administrative circulars, and administrative decisions.

Work Experience: At least 6 years of experience
