The Kuwait Aviation Services Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of SALES OFFICER subject to the following requirements.

Role Profile
Role Title: Sales Officer 
Department: Catering Projects
 
Job Purpose
 
Working to overcome obstacles facing customers and implementing the sales plan prepared to achieve sales goals.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
  •  Overcoming customer obstacles by coordinating with the senior manager and sales representatives.
  •  Attracting new customers in accordance with company procedures.
  •  Preparing a schedule of raw materials used for meals and their prices.
  •  Preparing menus, having them approved by the direct manager, and sending them to the relevant financial management personnel to calculate meal costs.
  •  Following up on collections and invoices with the relevant parties and preparing reports.
  •  Coordinating with sales representatives, receiving comments regarding food quality and any customer-related problems, and working to resolve them in coordination with the direct manager.
  •  Implementing the sales plan designed to achieve sales goals.
  •  Ensuring full knowledge of menus to respond to any customer inquiries. ¿ Providing new sales opportunities by following up on potential customers, calls, and emails.
  •  Building and maintaining a customer database and records of potential customers.
  •  Performing any tasks assigned within the scope of functional management duties and responsibilities.
  •  Commitment to implementing company policies, administrative circulars, and administrative decisions.
     
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
 
Job Requirements:
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration
  •  Experience: Recent graduate
 
Additional Requirements:
  •  The ability to attract new customers and implement the sales plan designed to achieve sales goals.
  •  The ability to follow up on collection and invoicing processes with the relevant parties.
  •  Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  •  The ability to prepare periodic reports.
