The Kuwait Aviation Services Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of RECEPTIONIST subject to the following requirements.
Role Profile
Role Title: RECEPTIONIST
Department: Catering Projects
Job Purpose
Carrying out tasks related to receiving customers and guests in a way that gives a good impression of the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Receive guests and visitors with a proper appearance that reflects a positive impression of the company.

Record customer data, calculate the value of services provided, and guide them in a professional manner according to their needs.

Record daily information about the number of customers dealt with, complaints, and suggestions.

Supervise halls to ensure cleanliness and health safety, and implement security measures.

Ensure the cleanliness of hall staff and adherence to this.

Check the number of waiters in the dining hall and the manner of service they provide during food presentations, and ensure the availability of hospitality services.

Maintain the general appearance, maintain cleanliness and order, and adhere to the company's health regulations.

Supervise and follow up on sales and business promotion activities.

Supervise and follow up on any future project activities for the unit.

Carry out any assigned tasks within the limits of functional management duties and responsibilities.

Commitment to implementing company policies, administrative circulars, and administrative decisions.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Job Requirements:

Academic qualification: Diploma in Business Administration

Work experience: At least 3 years of experience
Additional Requirements:

The ability to work to overcome obstacles with clients.

The ability to record client data, calculate the value of services provided, and guide them in a professional manner according to their needs.

Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

The ability to prepare periodic reports.
