The Kuwait Aviation Services Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Chef De Partie (CDP) in the Catering Projects, subject to the following requirements.
Role Profile

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to manage and oversee the food production process, ensuring alignment with approved plans, recipes, and portion standards. The position is accountable for maintaining operational efficiency, consistency, and quality, while ensuring that all production activities comply with KASCO’s policies, procedures, and service excellence standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for key performance areas and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Supervise staff in the hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, and pastry sections to ensure meal production in line with required specifications, while carrying out supervisory duties as assigned to the role.

Receive raw material requests from the main warehouse, verify their suitability for meal preparation, and oversee their storage in production refrigerators according to instructions from the Quality Control Office and Laboratory.

Prepare and organize all food and beverage menus, while contributing to the development and innovation of new menu items.

Supervise the preparation of raw materials for meal production and canteen requirements, identifying any shortages of these items.

Coordinate and distribute production tasks and schedules in line with flight timetables.

Monitor production to ensure operations proceed according to approved plans, weights, and recipes.

Prepare responses to the Sales Unit regarding daily NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).

Request the daily needs of the production area from various stores.

Communicate with Operations and Dispatch to ensure accurate delivery and receipt of required product quantities for each flight.

Follow up on CCP (Critical Control Point) records and provide necessary sign-offs.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Job Requirements:

High School Certificate (or equivalent).

Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
Additional Requirements:

Completion of specialized culinary training courses.

Ability to supervise staff in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, and pastry sections to ensure meals are produced according to required specifications, while performing the supervisory tasks assigned to the role.
