About KASCO
Founded in 1981 as a subsidiary of Kuwait Airways, Kuwait Aviation Services Company (KASCO) was established to manage ground handling and flight catering at Kuwait International Airport. Today, KASCO operates airport restaurants, lounges, V.V.I.P. services, and the transit hotel’s F&B operations.
Through KASCO Gourmet, it offers premium catering for events, institutions, and individuals. Since 2003, it also provides hospital catering services, delivering high-quality meals to patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.)

Conduct routine inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas.

Support quality audits, sample collection, and laboratory testing of raw and cooked food products.

Assist in the documentation and reporting of quality assurance findings.

Work closely with the production, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Participate in training sessions and awareness campaigns on food safety practices for kitchen and catering staff.

Maintain accurate records and assist in updating internal food safety protocols.

Support the implementation of corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
Qualifications:

Diploma in Food Science or a related field (required)

Recent graduate (no prior experience required)

Basic understanding of food safety principles, HACCP, and hygiene standards

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
